Richard Donlan
Rich has over 20 years’ experience in sport and martial arts, Rich has been part of a successful school rugby team from the age of 12 to 16 who won the Bristol schools league five years running. Following this Rich played for AFC Mangotsfield football team for 3 years. Throughout this time he developed an interest in boxing and trained under his Black belt Jiu Jitsu instructor and has had 15 years boxing experience.
Rich has also obtained three belts in kick boxing and is a blue belt in this sport. He is trained in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and is a blue belt in this Martial art and the 2019 National Masters Bronze medalist.

Thilu Sarves
Thilu Sarves is a Sober Wolf black Logo Instructor, Thilu runs the Sober Wolf Recovery Fitness Central Program. He is a Qualified fitness instructor aswell as a registered Amateur Boxer. Thilu has a fantastic skill set in boxing and fitness and has a very patient nature he has trained countless numbers of clients.
