ABOUT SOBER WOLF
EMPOWERING THROUGH BOXING
Bristol-based Sober Wolf offers a free eight-week rolling boxing program that enhances fitness and re-balances dopamine levels through enjoyable activities and natural endorphin release. Individuals can attend the program at any point during the syllabus. It provides structure to participants' recovery, introduces them to a supportive social network, and promotes healthier coping mechanisms. The program focuses on changing unhelpful narratives, empowering participants with positive reinforcement, and creating new neural pathways through exercises that encourage healthy choices and accountability.
